Instructions:
– create new/fake Microsoft account (signup.live.com) and use it to login into Windows user profile
– install XBOX beta application (microsoft.com/en-us/p/xbox-beta/9mv0b5hzvk9z)
– enable developer mode (Settings -> Updates & Security -> For Developers)
– install game, start from startmenu icon

4K Textures Pack + some Ultimate Edition DLCs are included. Windows 10 is required (tested on build 1903). Credits to osb79. Installation time with 4 threads CPU and normal HDD – 9 minutes.
